Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Supervisor role based in Waukesha, WI. The Quality Supervisor will oversee daily quality control activities on the shop floor, ensuring that industrial coating and finishing processes meet internal standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities include monitoring product quality, managing inspections, reviewing test results, and documenting nonconformances and corrective actions. The role will lead and train quality technicians, coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues, and maintain compliance with company quality management systems and relevant certifications. The Quality Supervisor will also support continuous improvement initiatives, analyze quality data to identify trends, and contribute to process updates that enhance reliability, throughput, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Control and Product Quality, with experience applying inspection methods and measurement techniques in a manufacturing or industrial coatings environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management and Quality Assurance, including implementation and maintenance of documented quality systems and procedures.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret quality data, identify root causes, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience supervising or leading quality teams, including coaching, training, and performance feedback in a production setting.
- Familiarity with industrial coatings, fabrication, or OEM manufacturing processes is preferred; exposure to SSPC, NACE/AMPP, or similar standards is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions, and to communicate requirements clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in basic office and quality management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or quality-related field is beneficial.
