Summary
As an experienced Commercial Loan Officer in this role, you will be a primary business developer in originating Commercial Real Estate and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Loans. At our bank, loans are decisively handled quicker and with more care than in the big banks. You will enjoy a culture of trust and support that is the hallmark of our organization.
As a Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer your key responsibilities will include:
- C&I and CRE Lending
- Portfolio Management
- Reviewing Credit and Loan Structure
- Networking and developing new business within the community
- Proactively communicate and contribute ideas
Successful candidates will possess the following:
- A strong commercial credit background including demonstrated ability in financial analysis and credit evaluation
- Proven track record of managing commercial loan portfolios
- Established record of business development, as well as demonstrated excellence in communication and customer service skills
- Active understanding of current banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- Three or more years of progressive management experience in Commercial Lending preferred
