Location: Meridian, ID
Compensation: $35-$38hr Performance Bonuses = 100K year
Schedule: Monday-Friday - No On-Call !!

What You’ll Do
✅ Diagnose and perform expert-level plumbing repairs and installations
✅ Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call
✅ Present solutions and educate customers on options
✅ Confidently recommend and sell-services/products that meet customer needs
✅ Communicate clearly and professionally from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a service plumbing technician
- Strong customer service mindset (friendly, professional, trustworthy)
- Comfortable in a sales-oriented role (ability to present options and close work)
- Excellent communication skills- you can explain complex issues simply
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a service plumbing technician
- Pass drug and background tests
- Valid drivers license cleaned driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Reliable, coach able, and team-oriented
