Job Summary
The HRIS Lead owns and optimizes the Company’s HR systems, with a primary focus on Paycor, ensuring employee data, workflows, and reporting are accurate, scalable, and aligned across the organization. This role partners closely with Payroll (including third-party processing), Recruiting, and HR Business Partners to support execution of HR programs, drive system-enabled process improvements, and deliver reliable data and insights to leadership.

The HRIS Lead owns and optimizes the Company’s HR systems, with a primary focus on Paycor, ensuring employee data, workflows, and reporting are accurate, scalable, and aligned across the organization. This role partners closely with Payroll (including third-party processing), Recruiting, and HR Business Partners to support execution of HR programs, drive system-enabled process improvements, and deliver reliable data and insights to leadership.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Own administration and ongoing optimization of Paycor, including system configuration, workflows, security, and overall utilization
- Manage HR system integrations and data flow, including Paycor, recruiting platforms (e.g., TenStreet), and third-party payroll processing
- Establish and maintain HR data governance standards, including data integrity controls, audits, and standardized data structures
- Develop and maintain HR reporting and dashboards, including headcount, turnover, workforce metrics, and project tracking
- Lead execution of HR systems-related projects, including policy rollouts, performance management workflows, employee data and compensation updates, and organizational structure changes
- Track and report on project progress, including milestones, completion rates, outstanding actions, and implementation validation
- Standardize and document HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent execution across regions and operational hubs
- Maintain organizational structures, job codes, and job data within Paycor, ensuring alignment with business and reporting needs
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee data inputs, aligned with third-party payroll processing requirements
- Ensure HR data integrity and readiness for payroll processing, including validation of key data elements prior to payroll runs.
- Coordinate with Payroll and third-party payroll providers on data flow, integration, and issue resolution, without direct responsibility for payroll processing
- Develop cross-functional processes leveraging Paycor data, improving communication, visibility, and control flows across HR, Payroll, and operations.
- Test and validate system changes prior to deployment, ensuring accuracy and minimizing downstream impact
- Manage relationships with Paycor and other HR technology vendors, including performance, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability
- 5–9 years in HRIS, HR operations, or HR systems roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred (technology-focused degree with HR experience is a plus)
- Strong hands-on expertise with Paycor required or highly preferred, including system administration, reporting, and workflow configuration
- Proven ability to lead HRIS-related projects, including policy rollouts, workflow configuration, and organizational structure changes
- Working knowledge of third-party payroll processing environments, including payroll data flows, inputs, and validation requirements
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll-integrated systems, with the ability to manage employee data and reporting directly within platforms
- Familiarity with multi-system environments and integrations, including recruiting platforms (e.g., TenStreet)
- Advanced analytical and reporting capability, including strong Excel skills and development of HR dashboards and metrics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion, with strong accountability for milestones and outcomes
- Background in multi-state or operationally complex organizations preferred, ideally with distributed or field-based workforces
- High attention to detail and strong process discipline, including testing and validation of system changes prior to deployment

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
