What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Planner position at PROFi - Professional Financial Planning?
If you're a client focused CFP in Utah with 3-5 years of experience, this is the job for you.
About the Position
As PROFi has grown from a tiny RIA to over $350M in assets, we have felt the need to grow our team with a servicing advisor. - Ability to create deep connection with clients
- Technical competence in complex financial situations
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team (associate advisor & administrative assistant)
- Quick learner; able to adapt to our culture and tech stack quickly
This is not an entry-level position, and will require independent handling of client relationships. Because of that, the following qualifications and experiences are desired:
- At least 3 years of client-facing financial planning experience
- Proven track record of retention and referral generation
- Industry designations (EA, CFP, CFA, CPA in particular)
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Compensation
This position offers the following compensation and benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- Revenue share on independently sourced clients
- 401(k) with match
- Healthcare stipend
- Opportunity for equity buy-in
