What You’ll Do
We are seeking a successful Client Service Associate who is a multi-tasker at heart, with strong communication skills and an organizational mindset. Our ideal candidate is coachable, has a willingness to learn, and consistently performs at a high level under variable workloads. Successful Client Service Associates are instrumental in delivering a unique client experience that differentiates our service and sets the firm apart. In this role, you will:
· Deliver high level telephone and in-person support that balances appropriate affability with professional demeanor
· Provide front-of-house duties such as greeting clients and other visitors, and receiving and directing telephone calls
· Provide top quality service to clients and complete administration of client financial accounts and associated money movement
· Prioritize and organize workflow, as well as support all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts
· Onboard new clients – drafting welcome emails and updates on progress
· Ability to respond professionally to client and internal questions regarding accounts, policies, and procedures
· Process client requests (wires, checks, journals, etc.)
· Review and reconcile daily activity to ensure accuracy and completeness
· Assist with establishing online client access for statements, confirms, tax documents and other services
· Perform various office administrative duties
· Maintain client electronic files

The ideal candidate will have experience and attributes in the following areas:
· Experience delivering client-focused solutions.

· Ability to prioritize and organize workflow
· 1-7 years of experience in financial services preferred
· Previous work experience, including internships involving client service or financial analysis, is preferred.
· BA/BS degree preferred
· Ability to develop proficiency in various technology applications and assist clients with technology-related issues.
· Experience in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Ability to acquire a working knowledge of portfolio administration and management
· Comfort with learning and mastering new technology
· Self-starter and able to work independently
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
Salary and Benefits:
· Expected starting base salary to range between $48,000 and $60,000, plus bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
· Participation in merit-based bonus pool.
· Access to company 401(k) plan with profit-sharing contribution and a salary deferral match.
