Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an Apprentice in Corrective Posture Therapy, based in Tampa, FL, with the flexibility to complete some tasks remotely. The apprentice will assist in assessing clients’ posture, developing tailored corrective exercise plans, and guiding clients through treatment sessions. Responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate client records, providing ergonomic guidance, and collaborating with senior therapists to deliver personalized care. Candidates should be motivated to learn and contribute to creating a supportive environment for clients.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Organizational skills to maintain client records accurately
- Keen observational abilities and attention to detail for assessing postural alignment and progress
- Interest in holistic health, wellness, and patient education
- Willingness to learn advanced therapeutic and ergonomic techniques
- Experience or certification in physical therapy, occupational therapy, personal training, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time, hybrid setting
