How You Will Make an Impact
- Ensure seamless communication between our residential customers and field technicians to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Manage high-volume incoming calls to provide prompt updates, schedule appointments, and conduct thorough follow-up communications.
- Prioritize urgent customer issues and efficiently fill the daily schedule board to maximize technician routing and efficiency.
- Utilize your excellent phone skills to actively upsell maintenance plans and current promotions to callers.
- Act as the welcoming voice of the company, ensuring every customer experiences our core values of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience working in a sales or customer service role.
- High level of proficiency with professional phone and email communication.
- Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong drive to succeed and the ability to take initiative when assisting customers and resolving issues.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated ability and track record of successfully upselling products or services.
- Previous experience coordinating schedules or managing a busy dispatch board in a service-oriented industry.
