Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Irrigation & Pump Technician based in Selma, TX, with the option for some remote work. In this role, the technician will perform tasks such as installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of irrigation systems and pumps. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving system issues, providing hands-on support for repair operations, and working closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient service. The technician will also assist in maintaining high standards of safety and functionality in all work processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation techniques, including installation and repair skills.
- Strong Supervisory and Communication Skills to effectively lead team members and engage with clients.
- Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting irrigation systems, pumps, and related equipment to resolve issues efficiently.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset to meet technical and operational challenges.
- Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with irrigation systems and equipment are advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Selma, TX while occasionally working remotely.
- Experince and comfortbality working with electricity
