Customer Complaint Coordinator needed ASAP. We are looking for a Can Do Attitude Experienced, Energetic, Friendly, and Patient Coordinator! The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and be able to analyze data to improve processes.

You Must Have

  • Have a full understanding of the complaint handling process from initiation/acknowledgement to closure/resolution.
  • Perform reviews of complaints.
  • Investigate complaints.
  • Perform complain related investigations.
  • Create complaint reports and enter initial complaint log details
  • process and close complaints in a timely manner | Send email response to NYCT
  • Update complaint log with closure details
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless resolution process for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions through effective data entry practices.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on unresolved issues or gather additional information from clients.
  • Ability To Read, Write & Speak English
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Experience Working In Office With Any Mass Transit A Plus.
  • All Other Duties As Assigned.
