Customer Complaint Coordinator needed ASAP. We are looking for a Can Do Attitude Experienced, Energetic, Friendly, and Patient Coordinator! The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and be able to analyze data to improve processes.

You Must Have
- Have a full understanding of the complaint handling process from initiation/acknowledgement to closure/resolution.
- Perform reviews of complaints.
- Investigate complaints.
- Perform complain related investigations.
- Create complaint reports and enter initial complaint log details
- process and close complaints in a timely manner | Send email response to NYCT
- Update complaint log with closure details
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless resolution process for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions through effective data entry practices.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on unresolved issues or gather additional information from clients.
- Ability To Read, Write & Speak English
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience Working In Office With Any Mass Transit A Plus.
- All Other Duties As Assigned.
