Duties
- Assist with recruitment and outreach as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Organize and file documents both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing correspondence
- Support the team with general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Update databases and ensure all information is current and correctly entered
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication
- Assist with reviewing candidate resumes, abstracts, and overall paperwork
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience is required
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace
- Assist with recruitment and outreach as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated clerical experience supporting office operations
