- Deliver treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Track patient progress and document visits accurately
- Communicate updates with the supervising PT and clinic team
- Help maintain steady patient flow throughout the day
- Pay: $25 to $33 per hour
- Predictable full-time schedule
- Established patient volume from day one
- Support from an experienced clinic team
- Opportunity to transition into future roles if available
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas (or in process)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Ability to step in quickly and stay organized
