We are seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic Program Director to establish our weekly ACEing Autism tennis program at a new location. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact at their club and in their local community by helping fill the accessibility gap for children with autism in sport. Job Duties include, but are not limited to: Oversee and run the weekly tennis program for children with autism. Ensure the ACEing Autism curriculum is followed and implemented effectively. Train, manage, and engage volunteers to work appropriately with children on the autism spectrum. Ensure there are enough trained volunteers present at every session. Lead volunteer recruitment efforts and build strong community engagement. Serve as the on-court leader, motivating and guiding volunteers and participants. Act as the face of the program at your site, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. Collaborate with administrative support staff who will assist with registration and backend logistics. Qualifications & Skills:
- Passion for working with children and making an impact in the autism and tennis communities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire volunteers.
- Experience with tennis coaching and/or working with children is preferred.
- Reliable, proactive, and highly organized.
- Prior experience with special needs populations is a plus, but not required—training and resources will be provided.
