ProTec is a growing low-voltage systems integrator — data and network cabling, fiber, access control, security, and surveillance — and we're hiring a hunter. This is a straight-commission outside sales role for someone who wants their income tied directly to what they close, with no cap, no clawing back your rate, no "you're making too much." The more profitable business you write and collect, the more you make. Period.
What you'll do
- Hunt and close new accounts across ProTec's full range of services
- Build relationships with general contractors, architects, property managers, and end users
- Run your own pipeline start to finish and keep every deal moving
- Partner with estimating to put profitable, winning proposals in front of customers
- Sell across everything we do — no accounts off-limits
What we're looking for
- Proven outside/B2B sales experience (low-voltage or construction a plus)
- A track record of hunting and closing on commission
- Self-driven, competitive, and comfortable betting on yourself
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
