Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for conducting mental health assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing individual and family therapy. Additional tasks include managing case files, supporting clients through various stages of their treatment, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role is located in Belleville, IL, with some work from home opportunities available.

Qualifications
- Experience in Treatment Planning and Mental Health therapy
- Skills in Social Work and Case Management
- Proficiency in providing Family Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible as a mental health professional in the state of Illinois
