Payroll Manager:
The team is seeking a Payroll Manager, strong with payroll processing prevailing wage.
Responsible for:
- Processing payroll for state, federal, HUD and Section 3 as well as , working on compliance to show good faith with low-income
- Compliance and reporting
- Construction prevailing wage
- Multistate payroll taxes
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
- Processing and paying overtime for prevailing wage. Must be very strong with O/T rules
- Must be strong with payroll regulations
- Team is currently operating with SAGE payroll/HRIS
- The ideal candidate for this position must be high level but also a doer. Positive, team player with a go getter attitude able to roll of their sleeves and do what whatever it takes to get the job done. Seeking a positive team player
- This candidate in this position will interact regularly with Operations – what they want to see for reporting

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred; not required
- 5 years prevailing wage payroll
- 3 years multistate payroll experience
- 5 years experience functioning in a fast pace environment
- Strong technical aptitude
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
