What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Labor Demo and Moving Equipment position at Professional Staff Northwest?
We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking General Laborers.
This role involves a variety of physical tasks including demolition, packing, cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right candidates.
Pay:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on position and site.
Weekly pay
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Day shift, starting times vary from 7:00 AM - 9:00AM
Up to 10-hour shifts
Job Duties:
Perform heavy demolition and site prep
Pack and move furniture, equipment, and materials
General cleaning and debris removal
Support project team as needed
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to perform physically demanding work and be on your feet for up to 10 hours
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
Work boots required
Must be dependable and able to follow directions
MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO THE JOBSITES- MOST JOBSITES LOCATED IN PIERCE COUNTY (work can go between Puyallup, Tacoma, and Sumner area)
Background Check:
Must be able to pass a background check with no felony convictions
Position Details:
