Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging keynote speeches tailored to the event’s theme and audience demographics
- Collaborate with event organizers to understand objectives, key messages, and desired outcomes for each engagement
- Develop compelling presentation content using advanced presentation skills and multimedia tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar learning technology platforms
- Incorporate storytelling techniques and research-backed insights to enhance message clarity and audience retention
- Manage all aspects of speech delivery, including rehearsals, timing, and audience interaction to ensure a lively and impactful presentation
- Provide post-event feedback and participate in debriefs to continuously improve delivery techniques and content relevance
- Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and innovative communication methods to keep presentations fresh and engaging
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional speaker or presenter at conferences, corporate events, or industry forums
- Strong background in curriculum development, instructional design (including ADDIE model), adult education, training & development, and program management
- Demonstrated ability in content development, technical writing, public speaking, and presentation skills with a track record of engaging diverse audiences
- Excellent communication skills complemented by training delivery across various formats including virtual sessions or workshops
