Summary
Professional Solutions1, LLC (ProSol) is hiring a Program Manager to support on site, the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Policy and Executive Operations. The Program Manager shall be responsible for all Contractor work performed and shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR. The Program Manager shall ensure that all COR-approved special projects under this task order are executed following the concepts in the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guide. For each project, the Program Manager shall prepare a Project Management Plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources, risk management, communication management and other management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements throughout task order execution.

Responsibilities
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Clearance Level: TOP SECRET
Certifications (minimum one): PMP, GISP, CISM, CISSP or equivalent
Work Week: The effort under this contract will be performed in collaboration and in support of Government employees with regular working hours of Monday through Friday, 0800-5:00 Eastern Time. All official Federal holidays will be recognized.
Place Of Performance
The place of performance will be Department of Homeland Security’s facilities or at various Federal Agency facilities in the Washington Metro Area, including 6595 Springfield Center Drive (TSA HQ) Building, Springfield, VA 22150, in the National Capital Region. Situational telework approval by the COR will be on a case-by-case basis
Period Of Performance
Will commence on or about 30 September 2024
