Office Administrator / Site Arrival Request (SAR) Coordinator
Position Overview
The Office Administrator / Site Arrival Request (SAR) Coordinator provides administrative and travel coordination support to the Pacific Air Forces Regional Support Center (PRSC) and the 611th Air Support Squadron (611 ASUS). Responsibilities include SAR processing, travel logistics coordination, documentation management, and communication with Air Force stakeholders.

Ability to obtain a Tier 3 Background Investigation & Common Access Card (CAC)
Schedule
On-site, Monday–Friday, 0800–1630. Flexibility required for mission needs, exercises, and occasional weekend/holiday support.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and track Site Arrival Requests (SARs) within required timelines.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flight, lodging, ground transportation, and MilAir.
- Maintain traveler profiles and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare required reports, status updates, and continuity documentation.
- Provide customer service and support to PRSC personnel and site visitors.
- Ensure compliance with Air Force security, OPSEC, and administrative standards.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
- Able to obtain Tier 3 background investigation.
- Eligible for CAC issuance.
- 3 years administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing workloads and maintain attention to detail.
- 1 year experience in travel coordination.
- Experience supporting DoD or Air Force programs.
