Business Operations Analyst (Junior)

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Junior) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• Provide administrative and operational support to SEA 05 leadership, PMO personnel, and program teams across assigned functions. 
• Track, update, andmaintainaction items, suspense dates, correspondence, and filing systems using Government email and web-based applications. 
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, briefing sheets, reports, and routine correspondence for leadership meetings and office operations. 
• Support budget coordination activities byassistingwith documentation, funding packages, amendments, and administrative tracking. 
• Maintain office calendars, records, databases, supply orders, training certifications, and routine office administrative functions. 
• Assistwith records management activities including filing, retention reviews, document preservation, and records transfer support. 
• Support workforce planning activities bymaintainingorganization charts, workload documentation,metricstracking, and reporting updates. 
• Assistwith technical writing support by drafting, formatting, editing, and preparing documents, reports, and presentations. 
• Provide general administrative support for special programs, workforce initiatives, and leadership development activities. 
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Education

• Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of relevant experience in operational support or a related functional area; OR
• Bachelor’sdegree in a relevant field; OR
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing operational support to an individual, team, department, or group within an organization.
• Experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data and preparing reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materialsutilizingword processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software.
• Experience preparing and distributing reports or other communications on a regular schedule.
• Experiencemaintainingfiles, databases, and archives of relevant records.
• Experience managing expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, and other routine administrative processes.
