We are seeking a compassionate and motivated ISDE Worker to support adults in developing life skills and achieving personal goals through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program.
Position Overview
As an ISDE Worker, you will:

Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to adults with mental health needs

Help clients build essential life skills, such as budgeting, job readiness, and social engagement

Develop and implement individualized goals for personal growth

Facilitate structured activities and provide emotional support

Respond to crises with professionalism and care

Safely transport clients as needed

Location: Based in Kenosha, WI (local travel required; mileage reimbursement provided)

Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours between 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
