Job Summary
The ISYC Program is designed to address the needs of youth who are adjudicated by juvenile court, and whose behavior puts them at risk for an out-of-home placement. This program uses the concepts of positive youth development to provide services to help youth successfully complete their supervision, commit no new delinquent acts, improve decision-making, and assist parents in establishing clear, consistent rules and age-appropriate expectations.
The Assistant Supervisor will assist with the supervision of staff within the ISYC program.
Key Responsibilities Of The Assistant Supervisor
SCHEDULE: Full-time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, with one Saturday per month and occasional evenings, as required by program need.
SALARY: $24.00-25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities Of The Assistant Supervisor
- Assist in the hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and disciplining of ISYC program staff.
- Develop and complete statistical reports and all other program documentation as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Create and manage all program lists, calendars, and schedules.
- Provide all of the essential functions of the Youth Justice Services Worker by providing direct services to ISYC clients.
- Safely transport clients as needed.

Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License, personal automobile insurance, and reliable transportation on a daily basis.
- One year of previous experience working with at-risk youth and families is required.
