Professional Services Group, Inc. / Community Impact Programs (PSG/CIP) is a multi-service, community-based social services agency committed to helping individuals and families reach their full potential through innovative, cost-effective, and culturally responsive programming.

The Intensive In-Home Services Program provides support to families involved in the formal social services system due to concerns such as abuse, neglect, truancy, or delinquency. The goal is to:

• Preserve family units

• Prevent or reduce out-of-home placements

• Promote reunification of families

The In-Home Services team includes Parent Mentors, In-Home Clinicians, and a Supervisor working collaboratively to support families.

• Provide direct services and support to youth and parents through home and community visits

• Maintain regular contact with clients and collaborate with their service teams

• Model and teach parenting and life skills

• Connect families to community resources

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided

• Work in a variety of settings, including homes, office, and community locations

• Bachelors Degreen in Social Work, Phycology, Criminal Justice, or other related field.

• Experience working with youth or families preferred

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

• Competitive hourly rate: $20.00/hour
