Warehouse Supervisor

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Title: Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor (English/Spanish)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic, fast-moving distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee daily warehouse activities, including inventory processing, picking, packing, repairs, and shipments, in accordance with company protocols.

Schedule, assign tasks, and prioritize work for team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet operational targets.

Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and develop staff to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe, clean working environment through proper training and leadership.

Conduct regular quality checks and audits of inbound and outbound inventory transactions to guarantee accuracy and adherence to standards.

Manage departmental labor hours within budget constraints and optimize workforce utilization.

Handle administrative tasks such as approving PTO, tracking attendance, and maintaining punch records using the designated HR systems.

Address operational issues promptly, troubleshoot problems, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure everyone is aligned with departmental goals.

Uphold organizational policies, environmental standards, and safety procedures at all times.

Foster a positive work environment, ensuring fair treatment and high morale among staff.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or related field required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related fields.

Over 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.

Advanced technical skills, including experience with inventory management software.

Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities.
