(Professional Search Group) is a recruiting and staffing firm established in Australia that launched it's first US office in late 2015. Our Technology division in LA is currently hiring due to business growth and we could use help with the current book of business we have. We will consider candidates with experience recruiting for Technology based positions either working for an agency or someone with internal recruiting experience. Depending on someone's experience, a dedicated recruiting only role would be considered, or if you prefer a full desk role blending sales / business development and recruiting, we want to hear from you! We are a boutique firm with high caliber staff who are experienced and know how to work hard, have fun and make money!Tech Recruiter responsibilities include placing job ads in various online channels, evaluating applications and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria. To be successful in this role, you should have experience filling a variety of jobs for different departments and seniority levels spanning both infrastructure and development roles.Ultimately, you will help our clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidatesPublish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social mediaSource and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn)Screen resumes and job applicationsInterview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hiresUpdate clients and colleagues on hiring status (e.g. number of screened & interviewed candidates)Prepare candidates before interviews with clientsCreate talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunitiesKeep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluationsManage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain good relationships with themRequirements:Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Internal Recruiter or similar role with exposure to filling IT / Tech rolesAbility to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and video interviewsExperience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levelsKnowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking SystemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSolid organizational and time-management abilities Salary Based on Target Earnings and plus Commissions/BonusesMust be local to Los Angeles for a hybrid type schedule. Salary : $70,000 - $160,000
