Job Title: PC Warehouse Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on PC Support Technician to support enterprise IT deployments in a warehouse environment. This is a dynamic role that combines physical labor (lifting, staging, moving hardware) with technical PC support, including imaging, deployment, diagnostics, and asset tracking. You will work as part of a collaborative team supporting high-profile clients. The right candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to grow their technical skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot PC and asset management-related issues.
- Perform laptop wiping, reimaging, BIOS updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Use SCCM and Microsoft Autopilot for imaging and deployment of laptops and desktops.
- Work hands-on with KVM switches and perform low-level hardware resets and maintenance.
- Tag, scan, and track IT assets using inventory systems for accurate lifecycle management.
- Install and configure printers, power supplies, shelves, and Ethernet cables.
- Build systems from bare-bones components (motherboards, CPUs, RAM, etc.).
- Support imaging and device staging in a high-volume, production-like workflow.
- Participate in ticketing workflows (JIRA, Freshservice) and update resolutions in real time.
- Work in a warehouse setting—wrapping/unwrapping pallets, moving equipment (up to 50 lbs), and supporting logistics.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with PC/laptop hardware repairs, imaging, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and experience supporting Mac OS and Linux preferred.
- Comfortable with physical warehouse work and repetitive technical tasks.
- Understanding of computer components, ports, peripherals, and connectivity.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with fast-paced, process-driven work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SCCM, Autopilot, FreshService, or other ticketing/imaging platforms.
- Familiarity with BIOS management and remote device updates.
- Prior experience in asset management, low-voltage wiring, or technical deployments.
