Professional Search Advisors is looking for a driven Recruiter to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, building relationships, and operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will work directly on active client searches, identify and engage talented professionals, and help our clients solve critical hiring needs.
We are looking for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, comfortable picking up the phone, and interested in developing a strong understanding of the industries and clients they support.
What You'll Do
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for active searches
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
- Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, culture, and hiring needs
- Manage candidates throughout the recruiting and interview process
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with professionals in the market
- Partner with clients and our internal team to successfully fill open positions
- Develop market intelligence and industry knowledge within assigned sectors
- Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and recruiting activity
- Consistently work toward individual and team production goals
