We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to support our recruiting team in delivering a best-in-class candidate and client experience. Any interested candidate must send a 2 minute video introducing themselves and why they would be a fit for this role.
This role is critical to keeping our recruiting engine running efficiently—owning scheduling, candidate communication, database management, and administrative processes that directly impact placements and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Coordination & Communication
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients (phone, virtual, in-person)
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Ensure candidates are prepared with logistics, expectations, and follow-ups
- Maintain a high-touch, professional candidate experience
Recruiting Operations
- Manage and update candidate data in CRM/ATS (LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, etc.)
- Track candidate pipelines across multiple roles and clients
- Post job openings across job boards and internal platforms
- Assist recruiters with sourcing support and outreach campaigns
Client Coordination
- Coordinate interview logistics with client stakeholders
- Confirm interview feedback timelines and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth communication between recruiters and clients
Process & System Management
- Help build and maintain internal SOPs for recruiting processes
- Organize shared files (OneDrive or internal systems)
- Assist in building candidate databases and talent pipelines
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Qualifications
- Min. of 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or CRM tools
- Background in staffing, recruiting, or HR support
- Familiarity with construction, real estate, or professional services industries
