Outside Sales Representative

Professional Roofing Solutions & Construction LLC is hiring a motivated, competitive, and professional Storm Restoration Sales Representative for the Warsaw/Northern Indiana market.

This position offers $200K earning potential for top producers, company-provided leads, professional training, insurance/supplement support, production support, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months, if requirements are met.

10-12.5% Commissions

• We are not looking for someone who just wants a basic job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a real sales career, earn strong commissions, and be backed by a company that has the systems and support to help them win.

• Roofing or storm restoration experience is helpful, but it is not required. . Candidates with backgrounds in automotive sales, insurance sales, home improvement sales, construction sales, equipment sales, outside sales, real estate, or customer-facing service roles could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meeting with homeowners and inspecting storm-related exterior damage
• Helping homeowners through the roofing and insurance claim process
• Following up with company-provided leads
• Generating additional leads through referrals, networking, door knocking, and local relationships
• Closing roofing and storm restoration projects
• Staying organized with homeowner communication and job updates
• Representing the company professionally in the field
• Working with the internal team to move jobs from sale to production

Compensation



• This is a commission-based sales position with strong earning potential for the right person.
• Top producers have the potential to earn $200K when they are consistent, coachable, and willing to follow the system.
• We are also offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months, provided all company requirements are met.
• Bonus eligibility will be based on performance, attendance, training completion, activity standards, professionalism, and overall job expectations during the first 90 days.
• Compensation details and bonus requirements will be discussed during the interview.
