We are known for high-quality materials, experienced installers, free inspections, and a dedicated insurance team that helps homeowners get the coverage they deserve.
We are currently hiring Field Marketing Representatives to help expand our business and generate qualified appointments for our sales team.
Position Overview
Field Marketing Representatives are responsible for generating leads through face-to-face homeowner interactions and on-site marketing efforts. This role includes door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods, working home shows, and staffing marketing booths inside retail locations where homeowners shop.
This is an active, people-facing role that requires consistency, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet daily performance expectations.
Daily & Weekly Expectations
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door
- Distribute 75 door hangers per day
- Engage homeowners in conversation and educate them on PRSC services
- Set aminimum of 2 quality appointments per day
- Identify and submit a daily list of at least 10 homes with qualifiable storm-related damage
- Work scheduled home shows, events, and in-store marketing booths
- Accurately track daily activity, identified properties, and appointments
- Represent PRSC professionally and positively at all times
Compensation
- $600 per week (base pay)
- $25 per completed appointment resulting from your efforts
- Paid weekly
- Two weeks paid time off per year
Schedule
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Must be available for occasional weekend home shows or events
Qualifications
- Comfortable with door-to-door and face-to-face homeowner interaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Previous canvassing, marketing, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
