Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Case Manager. The Field Case Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating workers' compensation, major medical, and catastrophic cases. Case management includes field case management. The role requires frequent interaction with clients, employers, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal management of cases and to foster positive outcomes for all involved parties.
Qualifications
- Experience in workers' compensation, major medical, and catastrophic case management
- Skills in coordinating vocational placement services and conducting labor market surveys
- Proficiency in telephonic case management and providing bilingual services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Organizational and time management skills
- Relevant certifications, such as RN, CCM, or CRC, are a plus
- Experience in the healthcare and insurance industries is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, health services, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field
