Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and develop department managers, supervisors, and field teams (service, construction, estimating, administration, etc.)Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamworkDevelop and implement company policies, procedures, and performance metricsMust be a US citizen or have a Green Card2. Operations OversightOversee daily operations of plumbing service and construction projectsEnsure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsCoordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple teamsManage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers3.
