Job Overview
Seeking experienced Handyman/Craftsman
Must have own tools, truck or van, pass drug test.
Work independently. Be on time, stay and follow thru till task completed In timely manner
Independent thinker, with problem solving skills
Prefer experience in Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, light Electrical, Construction, maintenance.
Mon-Fri work , no weekends (unless wanted)
Flexible work schedule
Payed weekly
1099 end of year
Responsibilities
- Perform all types of quality home repairs.
- Strong will to complete all task assigned in timely , professional manner
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Basic plumbing & Electrical
- Inspect properties for damage, and estimate amount of damage
- Collaborative, Optimistic, Reliable
- Knowledgeable in multiple trades
Experience
Prefer 10 plus yrs. experience in construction/Home repair
Mon-Fri Work , no Weekends
Owns truck or van and tools
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
