Office Administrator (Full-Time, In-Office)
We’re a small, team-oriented office looking for a dependable, organized, and positive person to join our team. This role is an important part of our day-to-day operations and is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays on top of multiple tasks, and enjoys working in a collaborative office environment.
This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote).
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional short increments of overtime may be available as needed, but are not required.
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls professionally and courteously
- Schedule and coordinate appointments accurately and efficiently
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Communicate clearly with office staff and field team members
