Registered Nurse (General) – FMC Devens, MA
Location: FMC Devens, Massachusetts
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (No more than 40 hours per week)

Overview:
Professional Performance Development Group (PPDG) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support medical services at FMC Devens in Massachusetts. This position provides high-quality nursing care in a federal healthcare setting alongside physicians and advanced practice providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ambulatory nursing care, evaluations, and treatments.
Assist physicians and APPs with procedures.
Administer medications and perform occasional venipuncture.
Triage and assess patients, including emergency response when needed.
Document all care in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Support mental health and chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, asthma).
Maintain strict compliance with infection control and privacy standards.
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
Proficient in EHR systems, documentation, and basic lab or diagnostic equipment.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Must not have had any negative employment terminations within the past 36 months.
