Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED and graduate of an accredited nursing program; NCLEX-PN required
- Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross, in-person)
- 1 year of LPN/LVN experience (inpatient or outpatient) within the past 24 months
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in any U.S. state
- IV therapy training required
- STABLE and NRP required for infant care (training provided if needed)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in outpatient clinic settings as assigned
- Monitor, document, and report patient conditions and care provided
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Assist with exams, procedures, and diagnostic testing
- Recognize and respond to urgent/emergent situations
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans
- Support clinic operations, including meetings and team collaboration
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, TJC, AAAHC, and Air Force standards
- Utilize basic computer systems and documentation tools
- Participate in training, safety protocols, and professional development
The outpatient LPN/LVN – will be on duty for a minimum of 40 hours
per week. Scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday between the hours of 0630-1630. Schedules may vary to accommodate demand between these hours.
