We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Bilingual Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inventory management or warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient processes, and effective communication with a diverse team and client base. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
· Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
· Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
· Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
· Train, coach, and evaluate inventory staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
· Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients.
· Utilize inventory management systems (IMS) to track inventory and workflow.
· Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
· Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
· Support audits and reporting requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
· Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
· Proven track record in improving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
· Proficiency in inventory management systems (IMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
· Familiarity with EDI and TMS systems.
· Forklift certification is a plus.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
