What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Specialist - Hybrid (2 days Onsite) position at Professional Organization?
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting end to end payroll operations in a fast paced, high volume environment. This role will process multi country payrolls, ensure accuracy and compliance with international payroll regulations, and maintain data integrity within a large enterprise payroll system (ERP). The specialist will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll partners to resolve discrepancies and deliver timely, accurate pay to employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high volume payroll cycles accurately and on schedule .
- Maintain and audit employee payroll data within a large-scale ERP payroll system
- Verify, reconcile, and balance payroll records, tax filings, and earnings/deductions.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolution in collaboration with cross functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international payroll laws and company policies.
- Prepare payroll reports and support month-end and year-end payroll activities.
- Assist with audits, documentation updates, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high volume payroll processing.
- International payroll experience required.
- Proficiency with large payroll ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
