Job Summary
Professional Optometry Vision Care is seeking a dynamic and strategic Healthcare Practice Manager/Director of operations to lead and optimize our multi doctor busy optometric office in it's daily operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, oversee cross-functional teams, and develop innovative strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business growth. You will lead a team of about 15 employees. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the company’s future by implementing scalable processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. Duties
- Lead and manage staff with approximately 15 employees
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve operational goals aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor senior leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and innovation.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity.
- Oversee human resources, scheduling, payroll and daily operations
- Negotiate vendor contracts, service agreements, and partnerships to maximize value and support business development initiatives.
