Adult female in need of Nursing Assistant to help with daily activities. Patient is able to ambulate, and feed herself but needs minimal assistance with ADL's. She is a fall risk so proper fall precautions are necessary. She can be forgetful and may wander if left unsupervised. Supportive family in a safe neighborhood. 2 friendly dogs in the home.
Hours:
7a-4p Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
