What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician position at Professional Management Group?
Our apartment communities in Jackson, KY (Breathitt County), are seeking an experienced maintenance technician. Our ideal candidate would have knowledge of residential plumbing and electric, strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills, willing to go above and beyond, be innovative, have high expectations, a good attitude, and be very self-motivated.
Sample job duties may include but are not limited to: electrical repair and replacement, plumbing repair and replacement, drywall repair and painting, major household appliance repair, grounds keeping and snow removal, returning units to a "ready to lease" status, some janitorial tasks, and other general property maintenance as necessary. This position does require occasional on-call or after-hours duties.
Pay: $29,000.00 - $39,000.00 per hour
