Professional Home Improvement is a fastest-growing home improvement company in the Chicago suburbs. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors for residential properties throughout Schaumburg and the surrounding communities. We're scaling and looking for a driven sales leader to help us get there.
The Role
We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead from the front — running in-home appointments, closing deals, and recruiting and building out a high-performing sales team.
What You'll Do
Run in-home sales consultations for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and door projects. Close deals on-site using a consultative approach focused on educating homeowners. Develop and manage a pipeline of leads from multiple sources including digital, referral, and past customer outreach. Recruit, train, and mentor new sales reps as the team scales. Set and hit monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with ownership on pricing strategy, sales process, and growth initiatives. Represent the company with professionalism at every doorstep and in every living room.
What We're Looking For
2 years of in-home or field sales experience, preferably in roofing, siding, windows, or general contracting. Proven track record of closing in residential home improvement or a comparable industry. Experience building or managing a sales team is a strong plus. Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do. Comfortable with CRM tools, lead tracking, and basic sales reporting. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Familiarity with the Schaumburg / northwest suburbs market is a bonus.
