About the Role
We’re seeking a Sales Manager with proven experience in the home improvement industry to help drive our expansion. This is not a maintenance role — it’s an opportunity to take ownership, build teams, and shape the future of a company in growth mode.

What You’ll Do

• Hire, train, and lead high-performing sales and installation teams
• Build and execute sales strategies that deliver strong revenue growth
• Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are executed at the highest quality
• Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities and scale the business
• Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, continuously improving systems and results
• Mange daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience in the home improvement industry, management experience is a plus
• Demonstrated success in growing sales and leading teams
• Experience managing across sales, operations, and installation
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills (must)
• A builder’s mindset — hands-on, adaptable, and motivated by growth
