We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and possess a diverse skill set to work in various medical settings.
Responsibilities
- To provide SN service daily at the Patient's home , including:
- Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Assist in medical procedures as required
- Provide insulin injections/wound care service at patient's home.
Skills
- Experience in Home care services more than 1 year
- Strong background in primary care nursing
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and assisted living facilities
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat various ailments
