Scheduler / Office Manager
We are seeking an talented person with goals to be a manager for our Longmont office. Home health scheduling or health care experience preferred. Must be able to work in our office Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and have exceptional customer services, management, organization, data entry, recall, attention to detail, follow through, people and computer skills.
Job Responsibilities and Duties Include But Not Limited To:
Scheduling:
· Determines clients' needs, matches those with available staff, and schedules care staff accordingly.
· Schedules for company disciplines, including nursing, C.N.A and therapists.
· Utilizes Netsmart myUnity Enterprise, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Excel and responds to corporate reports daily. Able to learn company software program.
· Reports to and coordinates with supervisor, team members, lead RN, and field staff.
Supervision of Personal Care Workers
- Hiring, training, and supervising. Making occasional home supervision visits to ensure clients receive the care needed.
Other
Reviewing and sending referrals for new clients to Intake Department.
Processing payroll and EVV (electronic visit verification) records.
Following up to ensure training and CEUs are completed by staff at this location.
Various other duties as assigned.
Experience in home care scheduling preferred but not required.
Supervisor or management experience required.
