- provide physical therapy services to clients in their homes in part of the Denver metro area
- develop and implement treatment plans
- emphasis on rehab from an injury or maintenance so clients can stay in their homes
- provide care as ordered by the physician

Salary License/Certifications
- Current Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (Required)
- PT License (Required)
- Clean driver's license and MVR
- Flexible schedule
- $114,000 - $124,000 per year for full-time with benefits.
- $75.00 to $110.00 per visit for prn, contract, per diem, part-time, prn, or Independent Contractor.
