Home Health - Physical Therapy Assistant
Great job for PTA!
Physical Therapy Assistant PTA needed to make therapy visits for adult and geriatric patients in the Home Health Care setting in Aurora, and Denver metro area.
Position can be full-time with benefits. Or part-time or prn (no benefits).
Responsibilities:
- Make home visits
- Follow the treatment plan developed by the PT and ordered by the MD
- Assist clients in rehabilitation
- Coordinate care with health care team members
- Document services provided in the home with device (iPad) provided by us
Requirements:
Experience in home health care preferred. We will accept a PTA with ANY experience including new grads!
Certifications:
- Driver’s License
- Must have a current PTA license in the state.
