- General Company staff management and oversight.
- Maturity and discretion regarding confidential information is very important.
- Supervises, trains, and evaluate·
- Sets the staffing schedule and approves paid time off.
- Hires and onboards new administrative staff.
- Ensures that customer service standards are met.
- Works with executives to set goals, objectives, and budgets.
- Makes sure regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed.
- Assist the CEO as needed.

- Choose and manage vendors and insurance brokers.
- Assist the Administrator with insurance credentialling tracking.
- Prepare requested reports for the CEO, plus effectively assist the CEO by communicating on behalf of the CEO concisely and professionally.
- Oversees social media and website.
- Verbal and written follow up for busy CEO on various matters.
- Handle IT requests.
- Organizes and participates in company critical Meetings
- Oversee and run the company’s critical reports.
Compensation is based on experience.

Pay: $52,069.00 - $60,000.00 per year
