- Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
- Install ductwork, thermostats, indoor and outdoor equipment, and related components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, installation manuals, and work orders.
- Test systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA Certification (required or ability to obtain).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
